Special Searches

From the Home page, you will find several pre-set searches.  Put your mouse over the Special Search on the menu and you will see them pop up in a drop-down menu.

The searches include:

• Active Adult or 55+ homes for Age Restricted neighborhood
• Distressed Sales (homes being sold under Foreclosure, Short Sale, or Auction)
• Land, unimproved
• New Construction Home Sales
• Rentals (all types)
