Karen helped me to sell my elderly parents’ home in Ellicott City, MD; I live in northern VA so I was anxious that the process would be very difficult. It wasn’t because Karen made it easy. She even babysat the house for vendors who had to show up during the pre-sale phase to fix up the place for listing. The entire process was exceptional and we received more than the initial listing price. Great agent, great person. When in-laws (also local) are ready to relocate, I’ll be working with Karen again.
