We found Karen to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if were her only customer, although we know that was not the case.  She returned all calls, texts and emails well within the same day.  We never felt neglected or unimportant.  Karen was honest with some changes we need to do to make our home more appealing to buyers and her advise worked like a charm.  We have not doubt she would work equally hard and effective at helping someone in finding, negotiating and purchasing a new home.
