How to Report a Pot Hole in HoCo and more!
This time of year when the snow begins to melt, refreeze then melt again we begin to see large Pot Holes spring up where the road was once flat. I myself have hit a number of them recently and concerned my car will suffer. Have you found a Large Pot Hole and wonder who or how to tell someone?
Howard County has an online Reporting Process you can do from your PC or smart phone. You can drag the red marker on the Howard Coounty map to the location of the Pot Hole and report it either using your name or being anonymous. How Simple is that? Give it a try.
The site or smart phone app, called ‘Tell HoCo’ allows residents to report a number of things in addition to Pot Holes like;
- Traffic Signals out
- Signs Down or damaged
- Dead Animals
- Issues with Fire Hydrants
- Graffiti
- Down trees
You can see if your issues has been acknowledged, fixed, remains open or is closed and a host of other issues. Let me know if you find it helpful.
