Real Estate Contract Forms and Addenda
Real Estate Contract Forms and Addenda
When the buyer chooses to purchase the property they must prepare and submit a contract offer to the seller. An attorney is advisable as they are able to draft legal documents such as contract forms and addenda. Sage Title Group, LLC and Sage Premier Settlements, LLC have already prepared a word-for-word analysis of the most recently updated Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR) and local Real Estate board contracts, such as Howard County Association of Realtors (HCAR). You may download both the contract and analysis from Sage’s website at www.sagetitlegroup.com. Sage Title Group also provides a free Home Buying & Selling Guide and a Guide to the Settlement. These handbooks offer a valuable, no-nonsense approach to understanding the complicated nature of the home selling and buying process.
