The style of homes could be single family, a condo located in a building with other condos or a town home situated adjacently to other town homes.  The overall style and arrangement of 55+ Active Adult Senior Living Communities varies greatly from community to community and offers many choices from which to select.  Most require that at least one of the occupants be fifty-five and they will require proof.  Some communities may permit adults under fifty-five to move in but it’s community specific.  One requirement they all have is that no one under the age of 21 can live in the unit for more than 30 days.  This has been a sticking point for a few communities as living situations of families change.
